Fees & payout information

Published fee schedule for Check2Crypto. Itemized fees and your net payout estimate are shown in the application before you submit or approve a transaction.

Service Fee (6%)

A 6% service fee is calculated on the approved check amount (the face value of the check we accept for payout, before fees are deducted). This fee covers digital asset payout processing, compliance review, and operational costs associated with your transaction.

Example: Approved check amount $1,000.00 → Service fee $60.00 (6%).

Check Processing Fee

A check processing fee applies to each check submitted for intake, image review, verification, fraud screening, and clearing coordination. This fee is charged in addition to the 6% service fee.

The check processing fee amount for your transaction is displayed in the app at the time of submission and again before final approval.

Minimum Total Fee ($5.00)

The combined service fee (6%) and check processing fee will not be less than $5.00 USD per transaction, regardless of check amount.

Example: Approved check amount $50.00 → 6% service fee = $3.00. If the standard check processing fee would result in a combined total below $5.00, the total fee charged will be adjusted to meet the $5.00 minimum.

How Fees Are Calculated

  1. Determine the approved check amount after verification and approval.
  2. Calculate the 6% service fee on that amount.
  3. Add the per-check processing fee.
  4. Apply the $5.00 minimum to the combined service and processing fees if applicable.
  5. Deduct total fees from the approved amount; the remainder is the basis for your USDC or ETH payout (subject to compliance and clearing).

Fees are not refundable if a check is declined after submission, except where required by law or stated in our Terms of Service.

Blockchain Network Fees

Blockchain network fees (gas) for USDC or ETH transfers may apply and are typically passed through or disclosed separately at confirmation. Network fees are determined by the blockchain network, not ALMOST A BANK, LLC.

Third-Party Fees

Banks, wallet providers, exchanges, or other third parties may impose additional fees outside our control. You are responsible for fees charged by your wallet or custodian.

Important: Fee amounts are confirmed in the app before submission or approval. There is no payout guarantee. Payout timing depends on verification, check-clearing procedures, compliance approval, and operational factors. Digital asset payouts are available only where legally permitted.
